What are isolated shards?
Isolated shards use git worktrees to give each agent its own working copy of the repo on a separate branch, so their live in-repo edits do not overwrite one another. Changes can still conflict when branches are integrated, and worktree isolation is not an OS sandbox. crystl also installs dependencies and symlinks your .env automatically. See isolated sessions.
