What is the difference between a shared shard and an isolated shard?

A shared shard is another terminal in the gem’s existing working directory. All shared shards see and edit the same files. An isolated shard gets its own Git worktree and crystl/{name} branch, so its uncommitted files and commits do not collide with work in the main checkout. See isolated sessions.
