Where are my API keys stored?

In the macOS Keychain. See API key storage. Your code, terminal output, and conversation history are stored on your Mac. crystl’s own network calls are license and update checks, plus two things you switch on yourself. A paired phone app receives what you view on it from your Mac, through the crystl relay over TLS when you’re away from your Wi-Fi.
