How do I merge or rebase an isolated shard?

Use the merge badge or the isolated shard’s three-dot menu. Rebase brings the integration target into the shard while you keep working. Merge rebases the shard onto its target, fast-forwards the target, and cleans up. From the CLI, crystl merge --gem <gem> --shard <shard> uses the same guarded flow. crystl never forces through dirty worktrees or conflicts. See isolated sessions.
